What can we send?

 We ship all our products in Argentina.
We send books, postcards, Stick & Decals and Card Games, everywhere.

Currently, we can not send cans outside Argentina.

delivery time

Our estimated shipping dates are based on several factors, including the destination address, the shipping options you've chosen, and how quickly we can obtain and assemble items for shipment.

 

So, in order to calculate shipping time, use this equation:

Time from placing order untill shipping + Time from shipping untill delivery = Delivery Time

 

 Shipping times are as follows:
Federal Capital: 48 to 72 hours.
GBA: 3 to 4 days.
Interior: 4 to 8 days.
Patagonia: 5 to 10 days.


The delivery is done door by door, on weekdays from 8.30 am to 18.00 pm. If you are to withdraw you order from an OCA branch, you can also do it on Saturdays from 9 am to 12.30 pm.


IMPORTANT:
Order processing is up to 5.30 pm.
No order processing and delivery during Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.


Delivery times in the Rest of the World

Delivery time depends on the availability of the product plus shipping time.
The shipping time varies from 3 to 15 working days depending on whether it is a capital city in Latin America, the United States or Europe.

Could you give an example?
Of course, if a product is listed as 48 hours availability and should be sent to a village in the interior of Argentina (eg, Río Negro) will take 6 days to arrive, notwithstanding that can be delivered in a shorter time.

If a
product is listed as 48 hours availability and should be sent to a European city (eg, Madrid) it will take to arrive 15 days, notwithstanding that can be delivered in a shorter time.

What if I'm not at home at the time of delivery?
All mail services (OCA, Correo Argentino) will visit your home on weekdays from 8 to 18 hours. The delivery is NOT personal, this means
anyone over 18 years you authorize can receive your order. Please provide an address where you or someone you trust are present during the delivery schedule.

If at the first visit to your home, no one receives the package, there will be a second visit again at 24 hours. If then, no people were to be find at home, mailman will issue a "Notice of Visit", with data from the nearest branch where you can withdraw your order within 48 to 120 hours thereafter. The note will indicate clearly the direction and time, and the time your package will remain on deposit.

If you fail to
withdraw your package at the indicated times, it will return to our showroom, where you can withdraw it at no cost Monday through Friday from 10 to 17 hours.

The reception of the product indicates conformity of the state.

Once shipped the order, you will receive an email which will inform you the tracking number.
For shipments within the country, find the tracking number on the

claims and returns

Can you return a product? Why and how:

Claims are accepted up to 10 calendar days from the receiving of the requested product. In this case, the product must be returned in its original packaging and without being used.

Manufacturing defects:
It is considered defective when
-A notebook or agenda is bound upside down, failed or out of standard print.
-A Stick & Decal printing shows failures, the lack of a cut, or defects in the laminate.
In either case, we'll procede to change the product for one of the same category in good condition.

No changes will be made for another product that the originally purchased.

If the product received does not match the request in your order, we'll proceed to send the correct product as soon as possible. The shipping cost will be borne by Monoblock.

Procedure for return:
For the return of a product you must contact Customer Care at Phone +54 11 4832 8011 or by email to quiero@monoblock.tv with the following information: order number, reason for return, and product you want to change.

Anything that is not included in the foregoing paragraphs shall be reported to Customer Service.

No changes may be made by any other unauthorized means and / or previously stipulated in writing by Customer.

stockouts

If the product you are looking for is not listed in the catalog or is listed as "no stock", do not despair! It is still possible that you get what you want: wrote an email specifying the product you are looking for at quiero@monoblock.tv. We will soon respond you with the time in which the product will return to our warehouse, to inform the price and delivery time.But... if it is not possible (sometimes things just end up) ... we will consider your request to create new products that can fill that void!

 Can I cancel my order once it was sent?
We're able to cancel orders within 24 hours, provided the same has not been delivered yet. To cancel, send your order number via email to quiero@monoblock.tv or call +54 11 4832-8011 Monday to Friday from 10:30 to 17:30 pm (Argentina).

If my order does not arrive within the stipulated time, what do I do?
Write to quiero@monoblock.tv or contact us at +54 11 4832-8011 Monday to Friday from 10:30 to 17:30 pm (Argentina). Tell us when you place the order and when you receive confirmation that the order was indeed underway. Sometimes shipments fail, packets are lost and routes are cut. We'd like to live in a perfect world for many other reasons, but unfortunately, we do not. In these cases, patience and understanding is a virtue to be rewarded.
